What is IndigoMinds?
IndigoMinds is a service that lets you connect with carefully chosen advisors in many areas of interest and gain access to their expertise quickly. Our Advisors are real people who are trained in your area of interest and have agreed to abide by our Oath of Integrity, promising honest, ethical services and quality customer service to each and every Client.
Who can use IndigoMinds?
You must be 18 years of age or older and be able to engage in a legal binding contract with an Advisor. Spiritual or Metaphysical services are for entertainment purposes only.
What does it cost to use IndigoMinds?
Free! There is no charge to use IndigoMinds. Initial contact with our Advisors is also free, via email or Live Chat. Each of our Advisors sets their own rates for service, and once you have come to an agreement with your Advisor, they may offer PayPal or other forms of payment for your convenience.
Our commitment to your privacy
At IndigoMinds, we and all Advisors value your privacy. We do not rent, sell or otherwise pass on any information you may provide.
We do not save, or store any of the interactions between our Clients and Advisors, in the interest of protecting your privacy. We do not store any payment information, including credit card or bank information on our databases. Contacting an Advisor via LiveChat
Live Chat Sessions
To chat LIVE with an Advisor, visit the profile of your Advisor of choice. Advisors who are available for a live session will have a gold button. Click on the gold button to bring up the LiveChat software, and the Advisor will be instantly connected to you. Please allow a few moments for the Advisor to respond to your message.
At this time, you may communicate for free with the Advisor. The length of this initial consultation is at the sole discretion of the Advisor. This free time is for the Client and Advisor to determine if the Advisor’s qualifications meet your needs, and to discuss the terms of service, length of the LiveChat session or other mode of communication with the Advisor.
Once you have determined that you wish to hire this Advisor and the rate and length of the LiveChat session has been mutually agreed upon, the Advisor will brief you on their method[s] of payment.
Completing the Payment Process
Most Advisors use PayPal. Your Advisor will generate an Invoice for you to pay for your agreed upon service. This will be sent to the email address you give to your Advisor. You will need to log-in to your email account and follow the instructions given on the invoice.
When the payment has been completed, return to the LiveChat window to let your Advisor know you have completed the payment process. They will then begin your paid for session either continuing on chat, by phone, or by email.
Session Time
Please be aware that it is up to the Advisor and Client to keep track of how long their LiveChat session lasts. If you hire an Advisor for a LiveChat session, for a period of 30 minutes, it is up to both parties to time the session and end the session when the elapsed time is up. We recommend that Advisors keep a timer near their computer when doing LiveChat sessions.
If the Client and Advisor would like to continue their LiveChat session beyond the initial agreed upon time, the Client may hire the expert for additional time, and then return to the LiveChat window to continue the session.
Leaving Feedback
Your feedback is extremely important and valued by IndigoMinds and the Advisors. To leave feedback for the Advisor, click on the “My Feedback” button on the Advisor’s profile page and fill out the form.
All feedback is reviewed before being posted to the Advisor’s feedback area. All feedback is reviewed because:
At IndigoMinds, we care about the customer service provided by our Advisors, and reviewing feedback allows us to be aware of the performance of our Advisors to ensure that the resources we offer on our site remain fair, ethical and honest.
The feedback area and rating system is NOT to be abused. Any abuse of this area by any customers or visitors may result in the terminiation of your ability to use any future services at IndigoMinds.
If you have had a negative experience with an Advisor, please use the link on the feedback page to email your concerns directly to our IndigoMinds.com staff. We take all complaints seriously and your concerns will be investigated and addressed directly with the Advisor working toward an amicable resolution to all parties.
Transcript of your Session
To keep a transcript of your session, simply click on the “Print” button at the bottom of the LiveChat window, and then click “Print this Page”.
Disconnections
A LiveChat session may occasionally be interrupted unexpectedly. This can happen because either the Advisor chose to end the session, or due to a technical difficulty. If this occurs, please attempt to reconnect with the Advisor either through LiveChat or Email and arrange to continue the session.
If you have any difficulty reconnecting with the Advisor, or experience any other problem regarding the session, please contact Customer Support and include the name of the Advisor, the date and time of the session, and a description of the problem.
IndigoMinds is dedicated to customer service and we will make every attempt to help resolve the difficulties you may experience in a timely manner.
Contacting an Advisor via Email
Email Sessions
To send an email inquiry to any of our Advisors, simply visit their profile page and click on the “My Email” button. Please enter a subject, a description of the service you require, the fee you are willing to pay for the service and an email address at which the Advisor can contact you. Next, click the “Send” button. Your message will be transmitted to the Advisor, and you should expect a response within 24 hours to the email address you provided.
Once you have agreed upon the service to be provided, and the cost of the service, and agree to hire the Advisor, your Advisor will generate an invoice for payment as described above.
When the payment has been completed, the Advisor will provide the agreed upon service to you via email to the email address you provided, within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Contacting an Advisor via Telephone
Telephone Sessions
Some Advisors have chosen to be available via telephone. If this option is available for your Advisor of choice, you will see a “telephone” icon on their Profile Page. By clicking on that link, you will be able to view to see if the Advisor you have chosen is available to speak with you.
To arrange for a telephone consultation with an Advisor, first click on the “LiveChat” icon to bring up the LiveChat software (no software will ever be installed on your computer), and the Advisor will be instantly connected. Please allow a few moments for the Advisor to respond to your message.
At this time, you may communicate for free with the Advisor. The length of this initial consultation is at the sole discretion of the Advisor. This free time is for the Client and Advisor to determine if the Advisor’s qualifications meet your needs, and to discuss the terms of service, and the length of the Telephone session.
Once you have determined that you wish to hire this Advisor and the rate and length of the Telephone session has been mutually agreed upon, you will be asked to return to the Advisor’s profile page and complete the payment process.
If the Advisor you wish to speak with is not currently available, feel free to contact the Advisor via email to arrange another time for a Telephone session or alternatively, choose another Advisor.
Completing the Payment Process
Once you have chosen your Advisor, and you have agreed upon a price for their services, the Advisor will email you an Invoice. Upon receipt, follow the instructions on the Invoice to make payment. When the payment has been completed through PayPal or through the Advisors personal merchant account, return to your Chat window to either continue the chat, or receive further information from your Advisor on how they will proceed to provide you with the service you have agreed upon.
Session Time
Please be aware that it is up to the Advisor and Client to keep track of how long their Telephone session lasts. If you hire an Advisor for a Telephone session, say for example, for a period of 30 minutes, it is up to both parties to time the call and end the call when the elapsed time is up. We recommend that Advisors keep an audible timer near their phone when doing Telephone or Chat sessions.
Paying for Advisors’ Services
Why do I need a PayPal account?
At IndigoMinds, our preferred method of payment to our Advisors is through PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to use the services with an Advisor at IndigoMinds. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, click here to sign up. It’s safe, easy, secure and free!
What methods of payment does PayPal accept?
PayPal accepts all major credit cards, or you can transfer funds from your bank account or pay from your existing PayPal balance. Click here for more information on PayPal.
Why do I need to pay the Advisor before the session begins?
We recommend that the payment is transmitted to the Advisor before the session begins, because payment completes the contract between the Client and Advisor, and protects the Advisor from non-payment after the service has been rendered.
An Advisor may choose to provide the service prior to receiving payment, but this decision is solely at the discretion of the Advisor.
Do Advisors offer free services?
The Advisors at IndigoMinds are professional and business minded individuals, and offer services for a fee as in any other business operation. An Advisor may choose to offer a free service, but this is solely at the discretion of the individual Advisor. Continuous requests for free services by a Client may result in termination of the Client’s ability to use the services at IndigoMinds, and will be at the sole discretion of IndigoMinds.
What if I am unhappy with the service I received?
If you are, for any reason, unhappy with the service you received from the Advisor, please first attempt a resolution with that Advisor.
If a resolution can not be achieved, contact Customer Support with all the details of the session, and we will attempt to help resolve the matter working toward an amicable resolution for all parties.
IndigoMinds cares about the interactions on our site, and will make every attempt to achieve a satisfactory resolution to the situation. We will also refer you to PayPal’s Dispute Resolution Service if applicable. In the event that the dispute cannot resolved, you may file a claim with PayPal if applicable.
The Ratings
Choose a rating number that reflects how well the Advisor met your expectations for the service they were hired for. Choosing a “10” rating means that you felt the service was exceptional and you would definitely recommend this expert to others.
Be fair and accurate in your rating of the level of service you recieved by an Advisor so this system will be an accurate reflection for others to view.
The Rating system is NOT to be abused. Any abuse by any customers or visitors may result in the terminiation of your ability to use any future services at IndigoMinds.
Your Comments
The comments space may be used to leave a few words about the quality of the Advisor’s service. Your comments should reflect the rating feedback number you chose. Please do not include any personal information in this space such as your email address or telephone number to protect your privacy. All comments are reviewed and any inappropriate content will be removed.

How do I get a good reading?
Receiving a good reading has as much to do with you, as it does the reader.
To read energy ethically, a reader will delve into areas that are not blocked or closed off by the Client. It is not always easy, but relaxing and avoiding suspicious thoughts before requesting a reading is advisable. The more fear there is present during a reading, the less likely you are to actually hear what you are being told. If you can’t internalize what you are being given, it is unlikely you will benefit from it or feel fulfilled at the readings end.
Follow your instincts of course, and regardless of what the mind may tell you, know that your heart will lead you to the right reader. Follow whom you feel an attraction to at any given time.
Also, be aware of what you are seeking to know. Preparing a list of questions beforehand is advisable, because you may draw a blank once you are in the reading session. A list makes it easier to get back on track.
Energy takes many forms and there are many ways to read it. Knowing the expertise of a reader can be very valuable when discerning what you are truly seeking from your session. Some types of readers include:
Empaths:
Empaths read energy through a term known as Clairsentience (“clear knowing”).
They feel the energy and interpret it as so. An Empath may have others areas of expertise to draw off of, but primarily they feel the information and translate it in their interpretation. The emotional self/psyche speaks the language of symbols, and when we dream it reveals many messages to us, that may involve some regard of our feelings towards the dream and interpretation of the meanings of the symbols in the dream. A Seer does much the same thing in a reading.
Mystical System/Oracle Interpreters:
There are many Mystical systems ranging from Astrology, Numerology, to the I-Ching.
An interpreter of these systems knows the meanings of certain planetary relationships, or the relationships of symbols that tell a story to answer your inquiry. In essence the planets are a symbol describing a kind of energy, and in its travels through certain houses, and meetings with other planets, certain realities can be determined. With oracles, a story is told in pictures that is interpreted to answer your inquiry.
What are oracles?
Oracles like Tarot and Runes for instance, among others, are ways to speak to the psyche. Once you have come to understand the meanings of the symbols, you can ask a question of them to see what the soul or universal unconscious reveals in an archetypal sense.
The Runes are two millennia old at least, and draw upon deep patterns in the psyche that manifest along our spiritual path.
Tarot represents the deeper archetypes in the Major Arcana, while focusing on day to day occurrences in Minor Arcana that don’t bear as much weight as Major Arcana in our development.
Arcana, is related to the word Arcane which means hidden, and reveals the history of suppression this oracle has faced during Religious Crusades where many natural healers, and Earth honoring people were forced into a system of patriarchy, which discouraged a connectedness to nature and the deep rhythms in the universe that flow through us all, in favor of fitting into roles designed by those who celebrated power, wealth, and status, which we are still recovering from today.
Does holistic healing really work?
If you are open to the process. The reason for this being, is that it is believed by many that we heal ourselves when we act as an integrated whole. Through fear and trauma we become fragmented, and fear begins to manifest in the forms of illness and imbalance in our lives.
Reiki for instance is CHI energy (Life force energy), is believed by many that it refuels our body on many levels so that we can heal ourselves. Colors are therapeutic when we are missing certain energies that are symbolized by the color rays. Holistic healing is not to be replaced by qualified medical attention and services.
What can I do to work with metaphysics with little or no financial investment?
Fortunately the internet is a treasure trove of information and you can learn much without investing more than your ISP charges or a trip to the library/internet café.
There are also forums where people can gather and learn from one another, in addition to online oracles, and free periodicals that share the wisdom of those who have studied Metaphysics for some time.Your best friend, in addition to your heart’s guidance, may very well be a search engine of your choice.
Can you tell me more about leaving feedback to a metaphysical advisor?
Leaving feedback can be a sensitive matter and it is advisable to wait to rate an Advisor until you are sure the Advisor read your energy correctly. In some cases, during a session, it is sure that the reader read your energy correctly based on what they have shared with you that you already know, and did not reveal before it was spoken by them. In other cases, it is vague, and therefore advisable to wait to see how the situation turns out so you can report your honest feelings about the information you received.
In the worst case scenario, if you feel the reader was deluding you, and trying to con you into buying additional services, by perhaps suggesting that a curse has been laid upon you that only they can lift, you should rate them as you see fit, even if it is the worst rating, and immediately report the advisor to IndigoMinds administration, as such a thing is not tolerated by Indigo Minds, and the matter will thoroughly be investigated.
